Payments & Refund Policy

Contribution & Access:

Satyatma Vahini primarily operates on a seva (service)-based model. A monthly subscription model may be evolved over time. Also certain curated content or structured courses may be accessible through:

- One-time contributions

- Subscription models

- Voluntary donations

2. Secure Payments:

Payments if any are processed through secure gateways. Your card/UPI credentials are not stored by us.

3. Refund Policy:

While payments are non-refundable donations, refunds may be considered for:

- Duplicate or erroneous payments

- Failed transactions where money was debited

Refund requests must be made within 7 calendar days of the transaction and include reference ID and contact details. Processing may take 7–10 business days.

Terms of Use

1. Usage Rights:

Content is for personal, spiritual, and non-commercial use. Redistribution or recording without permission is prohibited.

Contents or links to contents provided in Satyatma Vahini may be shared in close circles for the purposes of knowledge sharing, but it needs to be without commercial orientation.

  Consumption of the content is solely at the discretion of the subscriber and Sri Uttaradi Math will not be responsible for any undesired effects, interpretations and such

2. Intellectual Property:

All content is the property of Sri Uttaradimath and the managing Trust.

3. User Conduct:

Respectful conduct is expected. Abusive or unlawful behavior will result in account suspension.

We may update the app, features, or terms without prior notice.

5. Termination:

Violations of the above may result in termination of access. Sri Uttaradi Math also reserves the right to shut down the entire program, without any notice.
